IIRC, the HSV Maloo... their Super-ute, snatched the title of "World's fastest production pickup truck" from the Dodge Ram SRT10.

Yeah, when you think about it, the terms used to describe certain vehicles can get wildly skewed over the course of a decade or so. The first official SUV was probably the Ford Explorer back in the early 90's, it was a capable little vehicle that had extra seating capacity. With SUV's these days there isn't much "Sport" or "Utility" to be found, just look at that big hunk of rolling jewelry, the Escalade. And calling the Honda Ridgeline a truck is ridiculous. Transverse mounted engine, independent suspension, unibody contruction =/= Truck.
