don't forget the "phallic" gear shift. This car is in both of my terible car books....as is the SVX

These were quite common around here in the early 90, judging by old photos I have. One shows up in a picture I took of Fall River's city hall from I-195 and another one shows up in the background of one of my Horse riding lessons.

This car won the "Battle of the Winter Beaters" article in Car & Driver, running against a 1989 Camaro RS and a 1983 Renault Fuego. The Fuego was the worst of them, but certainly entertaining to read about.
