My guess is that this car competes in a Nostalgia Type class were you are limited to any kind of mod you could do.... mostly trying to reproduce Super Stockers of the 60s. So don't make fun of it! I'm sure that this car runs one of the best times in its class!

Judging from the tires and the dial-in, I'm inclined to agree with cuda, It's probably a Nostalgia Stock racer.
