Don't know about that Camorish look going on there.
I think the white next to it is called Perfect Union. The owner called it that because of his choice of motor, ZZ383-425 GM Crate Engine with an all Chrome TPI system and body mods.

*update* The primered one is call Arch Rival. Chop top, Nothstar swap, wide body kit, 355 style rear clip; the engine's visible through the rear window, and a bunch of body mods. Soon to be lowered.
