This, I believe, is a shot from one of Porsche GT3 rally cup events.

#2, Yes and no. It's been created very recently, and it seems it uses obsolete GT3s (well, the previous model anyway) that have been converted from race cars. It's a part of the FIA GT rallies, with cas like 350Z, Boxster and even Aston Martin.
