It might be one of the "new" 1969 Yenkos produced by Classic Industries, in association with Dynacorn and General Motors.

I just read about them in Musclecar Review this month: They're brand new 1969 Camaros (they're even titled as 1969s) built to replicate the original cars to near-exact standards. I think they should try it on more vehicles....give me some E-body Mopars!
