I think it's a '58 Chrysler Windsor, but it's been *quite* heavily customized.

I don't like it. With a car this huge and sweeping in appearance, the little bits of chrome trim helped break up and distinguish the styling... it just looks frankly bland right now.

#4, 1960 DeSoto. Similar body style, but different front and rear facias.

[edit] Speaking of Sam & Max, my 20th Anniversary Surfin' the Highway collection arrived in the mail today. I love it.

#5, books or DVD's?

after you mentioned the complete animated series was out, I jumped all over it, but I've only watched one DVD so far. love the word play, not animaniacs level, but those wacked out adventures more than make up for it. rats with a roach problem... genius! =)

#6, Surfin' the Highway is the comic book compilation. I also have the complete animated series on order... should be here by the end of the week.

[edit] I *had* the original release of Surfin' the Highway from the mid-'90s... but I sold it becuase it was worth a lot of money at the time, and I was kinda broke. The 20th Anniversary edition includes ~40 new pages of stuff that was released after the first release of Surfin' the Highway. Plus, the 20th Anniversary edition was only twenty bucks.
