Description:
1970 Plymouth 'Cuda AAR lined up and awaiting a challenger at a night time street race in the early 1970s. Location unknown, but based on the collection of images I found it in, it's probably somewhere in Northern California. |

Great photo and reminds me of my mis-spent youth. I had a Nova SS and in my home town, we'd all meet up at the Big Boy restaurant and then drive out to the country for the actual race.

#2, Doesn't sound mis-spent....sounds like a hoot.
As for this photo, the only things I can think when I see it are:
1. What did he race against?
2. Did he win?
3. Where is this car now?
