Description:
If you have ever seen Raiders of the Lost Ark, you've seen this plane. It's a Short Solent Mk 3 flying boat formerly flown by BOAC and also formerly owned by Howard Hughes. It was used briefly in Raiders as a stand-in for a Boeing China Clipper.
It is one of two Solents still in existence and the only one in the Northern Hemisphere.

At first, a thought came to mind, wouldn't there be an actual Boeing Clipper available to use? ...but a quick Wiki-check shows that there are no surviving Boeing 314s :(
