Between black, chartreuse, and red, this truck is painted one color too many. The wheels should probably be chartreuse.
Also, there's just too much shit on it. I'd ditch that huge front bumper guard, the chrome fins on top of the front fenders, and those wooden slats on the bed sides.

I kinda like it. Reminds me of something I would've seen alot in Kansas had I been alive in the 1950s/1960s.
