#3, Impressive vehicle animation. These days cars are always CG, even on shows that might otherwise use cell animation.

#4, All of the clips for that AMV are from the first two episodes of the 1994 OVA series. OVAs, in general, have a higher per-episode budget than standard TV series. Hell, if I remember correctly, FLCL's 6 OVA episodes cost almost the same to produce as the total budget for a full 26-episode TV series. When You're Under Arrest became a regular TV series in 1996, the animation wasn't quite as impressive, but still pretty darn good.

Honda Today sounds like a long-defunct import enthusiast magazine that you had forgotten completely about until you pull an old 90's VHS tape of a race out of the box to watch and see a year's subscription offered free during a commercial.....

I really hope Tomica adds this car to their "Premium Unlimited" line of cars from TV shows and movies. It would be perfect for that line.
