#2, Found this list of "bus changes" on some site. Much of it is vague (what is a "lipped decklid?"):
1950 to early 1955: Big "barndoor" hood, no overhang over the front windows.
Late 1955: No lip or pressings on the air intake under the rear overhang.
Early 1956: Pressings under the overhang, but still no lip.
Mid 1957: New smaller hood and "bubble" taillights.
Late 1958: Lipped decklid.
Early 1959: pressed bumpers with indented forward cargo door super
Early 1959 late 1960: Later bumpers with rearward shifter location
Mid 1960 through early 1961: Forward shifter with high hinge doors
1961: Low hinge door.
1962: Flat wheel wells with outtie vents.
Early 1963: Outtie vents with lipped wheel wells.
Late 1963: Innie vents with lipped wheel wells and small hatch.
Early 1964: Fat hatch with flipper door handles.
Late 1964: New door handles.
1965: "Church key" engine lid.
1966: Push button engine lid with church key gas flap.
1967: No church key gas flap. |

#3, This, on the other hand, is much clearer: http://www.vintagebus.com/model_changes.html
Reviewing a few pictures for comparison, this truck seems to have the 1966-1967 headlights and turn signals, but confusingly it doesn't appear to have push-button door handles, introduced in December of 1963. |
