I don’t care about looks Id rather roll around in a primerd beastie than have to drive around in a trendy sudo luxury car so everyone will think I'm cool. I'd rather listen to the echo of a raw 440 bouncing of the cars I fly past than an over tuned buzz bomb. I'd rather deal with the throttle steer of a full steal car than the torque steer of a Fiberglass box with wheels. But that’s just me. If you got a problem with it, tuff. haha, yeah you can buy lightweights in the states, the E36 model. Your just pissed off cause i got a better car then you, thats all this little frustration between you and me is about. I recently just supercharged, got headers, camshafts, exhaust and short shift gears for my car....... in other words fast, so don't hate.

ricer, what they're saying is that for the money you have in your (alleged) m3 lightweight, you could have a car 2 seconds faster and just as nice. And let's not get into the "my car is better than yours" argument. It's all a matter of personal preference. Personally, I wouldn't trust the british to build anything bigger than a hat. (Jags and Land Rovers come to mind) However, if you want to pay $60k for a bimmer BEFORE you mod it at all, that's cool with me. But $60k is WAY out of most people's realistic league, so we buy cheaper (not worse, just cheaper) cars and mod em because we can. Personally, I think that when you buy a car like that, you're getting a $35k car with a $25k emblem on the front...
