#3, Yep. Lots of GM A, G, and B bodies in particular, and it seems like more Crown Victorias and Grand Marquis, too.

Hell, the movement basically started in this region. I remember I had seen one high-riser on Ricecop (an early '90s Cadillac DeVille, IIRC) before I saw my first one in person....a bright gold Buick Roadmaster, on giant gold rims. That must've been around 2003.
