Apparently this thing is a Chinese Hafei Towner converted to electricity and sold by Green Vehicles as the MOOSE. They market it as a stylish SUV. No, I'm not making that up. http://www.greenvehicles.com/ Try loading their site with your speakers on and see if you can take it seriously.
