For some reason, I thought it was a Soviet car in the thumbnail... but, really, older Volvos were kinda like Eastern Bloc cars... built like battleships and the same essential design built for decades.

Well the general neighborhood does have a bit of "Drab soviet stack-a-prole apartments" look to it... if they'd taken the picture on a cloudy day maybe....
