I wonder if anyone has ever tried to reconstruct a rusted body panel - as in this far gone - with JB Weld like people do with Bondo.

#2, I don't know about JB Weld, but, I've seen damage this bad "fixed" with aluminum foil....... and not even balled-up aluminum foil.... just flat sheets of it taped on..... it was a Dodge Intrepid, that you could have walked up to and pushed your finger through the fender....

I love how far gone the panel is but yet the fuel door looks fine.
