Kevin Smith and Ralph Garman did a podcast for a while, "Hollywood Babble-On" (they might still, I dunno because I haven't listened for a while), and for some time it was hosted at Jon Lovitz's comedy club. Lovitz would also guest host occasionally when Kevin was out of town. This movie always reminds me of an exchange Jon and Ralph had in one episode:
Ralph: Why is it any time I mention celebrities on this podcast you have to tell everyone you know them?
Jon: Oh, I apologize, Ralph. I apologize for having a CAREER.
Ralph: Oh, okay...
Jon: Because I was on Saturday Night Live!
Ralph: Yeah, we...
Jon: AND YOOOOOOOOUUUUUUU......WEEEEEEERRRRRRRREEEEEEENNNNN'T!!!
Ralph: Right....
Jon: No, you were on the RADIO! America's favorite entertainment medium from 1945. I'll remember you Ralph. I'll remember you when I'm in FRONT of the camera!
Ralph: Yeah, I hope you do. You can get me a role in "Mom and Dad Save the World, Part 2."
