I plan to sue the manufacturer for trademark infringement on the grounds that any vehicle I get behind the wheel of is, also, a "Locomobile"

Interesting that Billy Durant tried buying this company and positioning it in his "Cadillac-fighting" division of Durant Motors... his attempt to "Make my own car conglomerate... with blackjack, and hookers!" after getting the boot from GM...

#2, In a lot of ways, he was that generations Malcom Bricklin. Okay, that's kinda unfair, he had some GENUINE good ideas that were implemented to success, but he just couldn't keep from dabbling in the next "big" thing, and playing fast and loose in the stock market.

After three bankruptcies the poor guy ended up flipping burgers in a bowling alley living off a pension GM gave him out of pity.

#3, Yeah, that's totally unfair. Durant at least wanted to do something good and innovative. Bricklin was, and still is, a completely self-deluded con artist.

#4, He also didn't have the misfortune of being heavily invested in the stock market when the Great Depression came' round. That'd wreck about anyone.
