#3, The owner was giving rides around the block (in SF traffic!) in it. If I had a lot more quarters to pay for parking I'd have stuck around long enough to take a ride in it, or maybe ask the Tatra T600 owner if he'd let me take a ride. My second-cousin invited me to the Arcane Auto Society meetup, and rode there with his wife in his friend's Tatra because his own menagerie of Citroens (2CV, DS x2 , Mehari x2, SM) aren't currently roadworthy.
