Truck slamming has ruined more B2000's than road salt... and it's just the B's, these guys apparently won't touch the Ranger.. ya know.... crap domestic junk and all.... AZN IS BETTA YO!

Escalade wheels without centercaps.
Mazda are popular with minitruckers because you can do so much more with them. Getting parts is easier, cheaper, and everyone makes aftermarket parts for them.
The Ranger? You can only use parts from the Explorer, and there's not very many cheap drop kits or airbag suspension kits available. Plus, Rangers haven't been very well accepting of performance mods either. Same reason people chose to modify GM fullsize trucks versus Ford fullsizers. There's so much more you can do on a relatively tight budget.

#4, I thought they might be Escalade wheels, but image searches for "Escalade wheels" just show me tons of Escalades on aftermarket wheels.
