#1, I don't think so, it's the wrong shade when compared to real MK Caddys and the like that I've seen. Besides, this was parked at the "too much money" complex where a few people have Maseratis and that snot-green Lamborghini lives, it's entirely possible, nay, probable, that someone had enough loose cash to do this quite on purpose.

#3, True, in fact, that's probably the most likely given the matte finish. I still stand by my original theory that it was a waste of good money (or possibly bad, I have no idea what this person does for a living)
