Stolen car, perhaps? Looks like a fairly "clean" modified Civic. Yes, it has bronze painted stock hubcaps, but they don't look awful here. :/

Looks better than the one I used to see around here several years ago, it was red with several different colored body panels, primer and rusted rear quarters
