1987-1989. I wish I knew how to narrow it down further, but other than the wagons getting silver trim on the C-pillar in 1988 and Brougham models getting a new padded half vinyl top in 1989, 1987-1989 Caprices are pretty much identical.

For this one I'm thinking 1987 because the light brown vinyl roof was discontinued for 1988 and re-introduced for 1989. If the paint color is Medium Brown Metallic it would be 1987 only, but Dark Brown Metallic would make it a 1989 model with this roof.

It's not possible to tell from the pictures, but back-seat shoulder belts would make it a 1989 model. It seems engine and interior feature options were the only real changes during the late '80s.

#2, it's a 1989 then.

It did have rear shoulderbelts to my knowledge.
