It's surely been repainted. I just can't imagine any mid-'80s GM paint job would still look this good, unless it's one of those babied "investment" cars that has a hundred miles on it.

#2, Doubt it, we don't have those around here. Ironically, because we're too upper class. You have to drive an hour or so north or south into depressed areas to find them.
