Suzuki's death in America still pisses me off. The Kizashi was, from what I can tell, a very competent, good car. The SX4 was wayyyy ahead of its time in the subcompact crossover class (aside from its abysmal fuel economy/range)... and if they had brought the Suzuki Swift (particularly the Sport) over, it may have found a decent audience.
#1, Seconded on the SX4 fuel economy. Kudos for the car still moving under its own power after the MPG counter couldn't calculate range anymore, off the interstate in cattle country. I'm not sure why it didn't let us know the rear hatch wasn't fully closed for almost 200 miles. Every time I pass the exit for Coalinga on I-5 I think of that trip.
The Reno was a piece of crap but I had fun flogging one around Miami.
