Description:
Genesis GV70.

I think I know what I'm trading in the Kona for when I can.

God damn... I know it's purely subjective, but Genesis is absolutely nailing it when it comes to styling.

#1, Right?!?

I can't wait to see the new cars in person. Dealer stock is lacking (pandemic, I'm sure), but I want to see a G80 and GV80 soon. I think Genesis is what Infiniti should've been IMO. Styling consistency and product lines seem to be picking up where Infiniti left off in 2008/2009. I might be biased because I had an FX45 and we had a couple G35s, and I'm on my second Hyundai, and my moms are one theirs as well, but I think the Koreans have nailed this styling thing IMO.

I still have not seen one in person despite them being out for a while.

On another note, the refreshed Kona is ugly IMO despite having an N-Line and actual N version. Also, the Night trim that came out last year was lame.

I've seen at least three around, and always in black.

Come to think of it, it's possible I'm just seeing the same one over and over.

Saw one of these on the road earlier today, in pearl white.

They are absolutely striking in person. Err, aesthetically, not, you know, "ramming speed!" striking...

Fun fact, the car's designer owns a Porsche 928 and incorporated the rear quarter window shape into the profile of the GV70

#6, So, we can indirectly credit the AMC Pacer for a portion of this styling?

More than three years later, I still like this. But, not at $40k+ still :(
