Well, at least the rest of the car seems to be fighting off rust better than the wheels are.

This is the car owned by the antagonistic teacher in the early-90's made-for-TV teen comedy who gets his comeuppance when the nerds wire it to not start, and then blows confetti and hot dogs all over him when he opens the hood to find out why.... Naturally, he's only ever filmed getting in or out of the car in the faculty lot, to clumsily hide the fact the production team bought an engine-less example from the U-pull it yard and the bowtie in the grille has been crudely broken off...

#2, Teacher: "What the....hot dogs?!?"
*A teen in sunglasses and a geometric-patterned yellow shirt skateboards up, with a group of other students following on foot at a safe distance.*
Skateboard guy: "Hey, Mr. Terry!"
Teacher: "What...Miller?"
Skateboard guy: "Stay fresh, cheese-bag!"
*He skates away as the whole school starts cheering. Close-up as his two nerdy friends high-five each other, and another of the aloof school hottie clearly looking interested in him. Mr. Terry fecklessly runs after the student, shedding confetti and hot dogs the whole way.*
Teacher: "Miller, get back here! What are you all laughing at? YOU'VE ALL GOT DETENTION!"
