I never understood why the Fox body Thunderbird and Cougar never caught on as custom car fodder more. They sold tons, Mustang equipment interchanges, and they look badass when done up right (especially the Thunderbird).

#3, I've always wondered that too. Maybe it had too much of an "old person car" image when new? I think they make good looking pro-street cars, too.
