Just a shame that was just on the cusp of crossover SUVs taking over the entire market and relegating sedans/coupes/hatchbacks/wagons to irrelevancy. Same deal with domestic automakers FINALLY putting forth compact and midsize sedans that could legitimately challenge the Corolla/Civic and Camry/Accord... at the exact moment sedans didn't matter anymore. #2 9-19-2024 @ 10:26:32 PM Posted By : ricerocketboy Reply | Edit | Del Yes. I may be biased, but I think that was a good decade for the Koreans, too. The rise of Hyundai and Kia not being "cheap" anymore. I also think the last-generation Mitsubishi Galant was a good car, but it got overshadowed by Nissan. Honestly, I think Mitsubishi does built solid vehicles for people that aren't car people. The Outlander Sport, in particular, is reliable to a T, and I've not heard of any major problems.
