Above the comments bit click on the link then upload your picture from your hard drive to this bit, probably better than linking from a previous site, then when its uploaded copy the link and paste it into the submuit a picture under other on the right side of the screen...

Squid, which site are you trying to link from? If it's MSN, then that's understandable. MSN hosted pics USED to work, and the older ones still do, but MSN hosted pics AFTER a certain date just aren't linkable. Trooper (the administrator here) has a list of sites that are automatically rejected because they don't allow linking of their pics.
