#10, Nope, they're both DEFINITELY George W.

George Bush Sr. had a narrower face.

Nixon's probably the worst of the bunch, paranoid, surly, and the only guy to ever have to pull the "I quit before they could fire me" move, way to go asshole

#14, Meh, Nixon wasn't evil, he was just an idiot. The stupid Republicans (at the time) did the break-in, without his knowledge...when he DID find out, he tried to cover it up. That's why he's an idiot. If he had fessed up immediately when he found out, it might have been better. He might not have been re-elected, but he would have saved face. He was actually a decent president up until Watergate.

#15, Carter got it because the Nobel Prize is political. What the hell did Carter do?! Create Peace in the Middle East? Oh yah, that really worked...

#17, He gave us double digit inflation, unemployment, and when things got really bad, he blamed it on the "maliase" of the average american, nice guy, don't get me wrong, he's made himself into quite a respectable statesman and a veteran as well, but as a leader, he was an Edsel
