And that Impala makes me think of StillRuns. Looks like it's the same year. I'd like to have one of those. :( |

#6, Rice is too new. Give it about 20 years, you'll see it. And you can laugh about it, too. :) |

#8, Guys like this have no concept of a car deteriorating. They think that someone will screw them out of making a profit if they sell it, so they just leave it and insist on getting their money out of it, yet every day they don't do anything with it is another day something rots away.
There are also these wannabe macho motherfuckers who think that restoring a car would make them more of a man or something, but then are too lazy to do it, no doubt deep down realizing that it's a labor of love and takes money and skill. |

#12, It took me a while to figure out what you were talking about. I thought you were referring to field mice getting in it or something. |

My father bought a .22 revolver with a coffee can full of ammunition for $20. Also great for killing rodents.

It looks like the original Rally on the front and one of those cheapo "Ultra" wheels on the back. |

#17, The really sad part was the car looked mostly complete, it wasn't missing door handles, trim bits, lights, etc. and it looked to still have an engine in it |

Either way, it keeps the rear end of the car out of the dirt/mud, so that's not too bad. |

#19, Of course, if it's never actually going to get restored, that's irrelevant, too. |
