#1242, Technically, more than two year difference in age and under the age of 16 is automatic stat rape.

Age of concent is 14 here as well. But that doesn't mean you can't get charged with stat rape if you sleep with a 15 year old.

#1246, Just make sure the person isn't psyco. After consentment age, the parents can no longer press charges. Only the other party can.
Might end up with a Kobe thing happening. At 16, here anyway, you could be 30 for all the law cares.
