#16, I'm a little confused. If a fast car is ugly, you will not like it. Does that mean that your number one concern with a car is aesthetics? Is that not the same attitude as most ricers? They will change the appearance to their tastes, and then somehow believe that it is a superior car to a stock, factory car of the same model.

#24, I don't think I've even seen a new EVO when they were sold. Those that I have seen are all RHD.
As for the comments - then and even now I still don't hold Mitsubishi in high regard. However - I do respect what the EVO and the STI did for their class and for Japanese cars collectively irrespective of their appearance. I didn't know or even care about their significance to the rally world 20 years ago as both cars were just 'Japanese junk'.
How time and age can change a man. Today I wouldn't rebuff either car.
