Description:
DiRF asked for people to Photoshop (Paintbrush in my case) his car, so I used his car for my FIRST ever attempt at cell-shading. How's it look? |

Really, it's good? It took HOURS! I started "repainting" it in dark red, but it started to look like it was primered. Stupid Paintbrush makes the pictures grainy when you save, so instead of color-filling it blue, I had to repaint completely again because the pixels now varied from saving it. BLAH! I like the color though now.
I guess it's pretty good for a first try. |

Sure, you're welcome. It was fun actually, even with having to do it twice. Haha, I primered it before I painted it...what an idiot.
Do what you like with the image, it's your car. Maybe take it to MAACO and tell them to match the color. :P |

I realize how much effort went into this.
Especially in Paintbrush! I'm low-tech, yo! |

Yup....for some reason you lose detail when you save something in MS Paint, it makes it all grainy. If you were to take this picture now and open it into Paint to change the colors, you'd find all of the pixels are now slightly different shades and you'd have to color in each of them, no more color filling.
Damn you Bill Gates. |

#17, Oh I know. i hate that. Thats my only complaint really, that and the stupid ass big eraser things. It's pretty dumb not to have an option where you can color a whole area other than the white backgrounds. |

That would've worked if I had thought of it before. As long as I don't close the window before I am done it'll work, I like to save often when I'm working on anything...I've learned from power outages while writing long BASIC programs in the early-90s that it pays to save often.
*lights go out in school*
*computer programming class groans in disbelief of their hour's worth of lost work, except for little Mr. McMunkee, who's laughing profusely because he saves every 5 minutes.* |
