#41, You know I tried typing that out twice and came up with "Hoe" instead of "Joe" both times. Must be a reason for that. |

#40, No it doesn't. Look at our last president, he had the media wrapped around his finger. If he had actually focused some of his time on protecting our nation rather than protecting his reputation in court, most reasonable people would've given him credit due. If Clinton had acted upon Hussein rather than ignoring him and indirectly killing hundreds of thousands of people by leaving him in power, I would've been just as happy to see the results as I was on Sunday. |

#45, Thats true, but I don't buy the whole "liberating" reason for Iraq. If we are going to sign on to the great cause of liberating all the dicatorships in the world, we are gonna be REAL busy for the next 50 years or so. |

#41, That's why I said SOMETIMES, sure he's whacko with his censorship and tree-hugging, but when it comes to protecting Americans and innocent people internationally, he's been backing the President all of the way, instead of attacking him just because he might be an opponent in the next election. He's the only Democrat candidate who actually sees that national security if important. |

#46, Did you ever listen to any of the President's speeches, that's not the only reason, and soon the world will see ALL of the reasons and justifications. Saddam's trial wil be public for that reason. |

#48, Sure the late night people make their living picking on every president...I was talking about the people who want to oppose EVERY decision he makes just because they're bitter that they lost power and overall are looking like idiots. |

#50, That seems to happen on both sides whenever the other is in power. Bickering, call it. |

#54, No, the current situation is unprecedented. Never before has one party been SO aggressive in their political views. Never before have federal judges been held up by munipulating the law with "fillibusters" (it's the President's job to appoint judges)...never before has a party been so outspoken without ANY alternative solutions. They all want to criticize the President's actions but have no ideas of their own past sitting and letting people attack us or "let's get help from the UN". Yeah, that has really worked over the past 12 years and 17 UN resolutions. |
