Look, he missed that apex by at least half an inch! Sloppy, just sloppy. |

#1, I have some amazing photos of him drifting within centimeters of big, scary guardrails. On bias-plys. With no seatbelt. And a leather helmet. At 100+ MPH. |

#3, That is hilarious. I remember the story I read in Car & Driver, years ago, where Fangio got pulled over for speeding in Argentina and was asked by the cop, "Who do you think you are, FANGIO?!?!" |

#4, HA! A story I heard once was that one time in the 60's, Earl Warren and 3 other justices of the Supreme Court were being given a tour of Boston after they had been in town for a speech of some sort. The guy driving them was a young 18-19 year old law clerk from the univerisity, using his paren'ts station wagon, since it had enough seats for everyone, well he took an illegal turn or somthing and a traffic cop pulled him over and said "Who's in the car with you" "The Supreme Court" he said, the cop said "Tell me the truth or I'll arrest you" at which point the Supreme Court did indeed get out of the car one by one........... too funny.......
