You could say that yes, but this is a mecanical lock and no "slipping?" is allowed in the diff. |

I know that's not technically accurate, but it's the simplest explanation as to what a locking diff does. please note the word "like" in my description. ie not exactly the same as, but superficially similar. they work completely differently. |
