I remember, back in high school, I wrote a whole bunch of funny "obituaries" for advertizing mascots that annoyed me, like the engergizer bunny (flattened crossing the road) and the Little Caeser Guy (found gassed in oven)
Oh, and Lucky the Leprechaun was killed in an IRA car bombing......

I remember that I killed off the Maytag Man (Died of boredom at his desk) and Mr. Whipple (Squeezed to death by a truckload of charmin)
I also killed off popeye the sailor, long-term effects of a spinach-only diet, his last words "I yam what I yam"
