#492, God, I keep watching that Zonda video. Every time he flies by I get goosebumps and the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end. I must own that car!

#502, I don't understand you. Some guy makes ricey blow bys. *yawn*
And the sound? Sounds like a freaking power tool. Sheesh. Italian cars should not have german engines. *runs* |

#503, my ideal sound is the dohc mustang 4.6 with a smooth (NOT RASPY) cam and exhaust, so it sounds like a turbine |

#504, Well... I like many sounds.
From the sound of a tiny 4-banger with a performance exhaust (not a rice exhaust) to the uneven, "boiling" rumble of a V8 at idle that changes into an earth shattering roar at high revs o_O
And a stock 1.4 carb Tipo sounds interesting too. From a quiet murmur on idle (and a bit popopopopop at the exhaust side) to a strange turbo-like whizz at medium revs (I have no idea where this sound comes from. Must be the intake) to a beautiful "Italian" song at high revs... Also I'm in love with gentle, soft backfire when driving on LPG and lifting off... Yum.
What I don't like is cars sounding like power tools. |

I don't think it sounds like any power tool I've ever heard. |

#508, A metal grinder, perhaps? Really, the only time it sounds good is when it idles. Other than that: pour some oil into the engine, dammit! |

#512, burnouts in cars with a fafillion hp arent impressive...omg you have a shitload of torque, you can spin the wheels, teh winnar = you! it's when you can burn the tires with a sub-100 hp economy car that's funny :P

I don't understand that logic.
Car with massive hp doing burnout = lame
Car with 100hp or less doing burnout = funny |

#515, i didn't say it was lame, just kinda boring to me...how hard is it to spin the wheels with 1000hp? but try making a smoke show with an old corolla or something, it's funny as hell...THAT takes skill
i just dont see the point in doing burnouts at all, unless you're warming up your tires for a run, or just fucking around with a beater
