It pains me to say this, but this Focus actually looks pretty damn sweet.

All I really hate are the rims, I really do hate the current crop of 4 or 5 thin spoke weels. IF I really wanted to see brake rotors and calipers, I'd take the wheel off, whatever happened to the good ol' 15'' steelie w/ a hub cap anyway?

With bigger wheels, you can run lower-profile tires, which equals less sidewall flex. And hubcaps just look like shit, really. Some old rally wheels would look pretty cool on this, though.

What's that logo on the side? Was the builder a big Calgary Flames fan or what?

I hate low profile tires too, don't know why, just never liked em' at all, handling aside

hey it cut me off. I did say this is the ONLY Focus I've ever liked...
this would actually be a fairly easy conversion, just filling in the back windows...

When you get too low, sure, it gets ridiculous (like those rubber bands ricers run... do they even have air in them, or are they just solid rubber?) but there's something to be said for 30, 40 and 50 series tires. A really good compromise between looks and handling. I'd probably go a size smaller on the wheels and a size larger on the tires, though, on this.

I'm just hopelessly old school in that reguard, you know those old guys who sit on the porch and bitch about "Kids these days, with their hair and thier clothes"??, That'll be me, bitching about the good ol' days when tires were fat, and kids were skinny.....

Ahh.... well don't worry, I run 60-series raised-white-letter tires on my Mustang.

I heard that, And the rims on my Pontiac are STAYING 15'', thank you very much, and I'm getting the raised white letters too. And bigger rims don't tick me off half as much as UGLY ones, I mean a 3rd gen camaro uses what, 16's, 17's, but they aren't hideous FUGLY like these are

I'm still curious what's up with the logo. Upon closer inspection, it isn't a Calgary Flames logo... so what is it?

I thought the purpose of a logo was to stand out, this one blends in

I think its just the logo of the people who modified it.

the back looks decent too, they got rid of the ugly zx3 taillights now they just need some normal looking ones, maybe even smoked altezzas wouldn't look so bad...or maybe they would.

Oh wait... I know what the logo is! It's the logo of Made In Detroit clothing, I think. What that has to do with the Focus, other than the Made In Detroit bit, I have no idea. And Jesuz is right... give me a 5-liter and a RWD conversion, STAT! Or maybe... keep it FWD, but mount the 5.0 in the rear... hmm...

you're right Max, Detroit Motor Company owns that clothing brand, i guess they just used it to tie in with the "delivery van" idea...

Why is this so cool? It's a Focus... and yet, somehow, it KICKS SERIOUS ASS!!! I don't get it!
