#2, my dad had one like this(when he was in high school), but with a 307 that he bought right from the factory. then added ladder bars, straight exhaust bigger rear tires (on stock wheels), and other stuff.

Some redneck had a mid-70s one that always used to drive by my school back in 2000 dropping some kid off. You could hear it coming from a mile away. It was a total beater/piece of shit. T'was all rusty, the rear end sagged, and when it got there, it sounded like a Nitroglycerine explosion in a sound chamber.
