I've been seeing cars identical to mine (the right one) for some time...
It seems that in 1993 Fiat created a special "Eastern Europe" line of Fiat Tipos. The cars were dark red or dark red mettalic, had unpainted bumpers, black steelies with sliver hubcaps, 1.4 engines on carb ("normal" Tipos were fuel injected by then), no goodies except for two (poor) speakers and a cigarette lighter. Those cars appear to have been sold form one dealership only, Polmozbyt in Poznan.
There are still quite a few of them left... they differ only in seat covers (dealership installed or aftermarket), hubcaps (or lack of there of) and... NOTHING ELSE. They're identical.
I'VE SEEN THE LIGHT, BITCHES!!!

#4, Well... we have wojewodztwa - "provinces" (like Wielkopolska) and powiaty - "counties" (like Sremski) and even smaller units... gminy :?
The white plates are the "right" ones, the black plates are pre-2000 I think.
My plates: PSE - P for Poznan, the main city of Wielkopolska and SE for Srem, main town of Sremski "county".
