it eats an m3 for lunch? well i see how that could work...considering that stock-for-stock the m5 is faster than the m3 anyway...

The V8 has gotta be hell of a lot heavier then the straight six. And the six has 346hp so I don't think this one will be that much faster. And these M3s have got to be faster then the M5. The older ones on the other hand...

#4, i duno about that...the 6 has an iron block, whereas the 8 is all-aluminum
