Dammit, how can you refer to these things as sports cars DiRF? Usually sports cars have above 50 horsepower.

Well, the red one has RWD, I believe, and it has 63 hp...and weighs only about 1300 lbs.

Well, these were designed to be only sold in the Japanese market...where most people are small enough to fit in these cars...whoops, there goes my political incorrectness...

If I try to get in one of these, no matter what I do, the gas pedal would always be to the floor.

This is why Honda S2000s shouldn't smoke as teenagers; it stunts their growth!

These things aren't that bad, when you consider the power to weight ratio. But if I had one, I'd do everything within my power to give it some cojones. Can you say performance fabrication?

I remember driving to Osaka one time and passing an accident. A suzuki like this one was lodged underneath a dump truck. It looked as if there was no way anyone could've survived. The dump truck drove away unscathed!

Now wait a minute, back in the 60's and 70's, Austin Healies (sp I know...), TVRs, and MGBs all had around 60-100 hp. Were they not small sports cars?

Yeah, they were, and by American standards, they were pretty slow. At least in acceleration. The Sunbeam Tiger and the Shelby Cobra killed the small sports car, because people realized that you CAN have lots of horsepower in a handling machine. But still, in a car with that low of a weight, that kind of horsepower should do all right.

Heck, if there RWD you could sling them out all day and never have to wory about the pucker from an over-power slide into the trees!
