#4, Maybe, depending on where it was photographed.
It does say Tsuru on the windshield, but I wouldn't put too much stake it that. Look at all the ricers who stuck Acura badges on Hondas, and vice-versa, or those guys who insisted on putting Holden badges on '04-'06 GTOs.
