Description:
Here we have a Ford F-350 4x4 that literally impaled a Geo Prizm. The Geo driver was killed, whereas the Ford driver was not only uninjured, he actually drove the truck from the scene.

Is there a news article or something to go with this one? Just curious.

That's gotta be a hell of a thing, though--driving your vehicle home, knowing that you've had a fender-bender that KILLED SOMEBODY.

#2, Well the Prizm has an Oregon plate, can't see the plate on the F350, tho.
