Looks like the entry-level car in "Demolition Driver", a long forgotten PC release from back in 2005..... |

#4, Lots of late '90s - early 2000s butt rock by bands like Grindstone, Bumblefoot, and Central Supply Chain. Stuff you'd never listen to on its own, but in the midst of a race, somehow it works.

#7, Now I'm thinking of the beginning of a movie. Shots of the car bombing down the road and the kids inside with the opening credits superimposed. And I picture the car as a 1977 Malibu in light metallic blue, with a dark blue vinyl roof and matching interior.
And of course, they're splitting a 12-pack of Busch, cans foaming out all over their laps and the carpet, and they're on their way to the abandoned cabin where that guy killed his family with the axe all those years prior.

Is this a Hills Have Eyes type movie, or something that's a bit cheesier? |

#9, I'm picturing an Evil Dead-esque, "teenagers get killed in the middle of nowhere by a supernatural force" movie. One that was made in 2005 and just randomly comes on Showtime Extreme late one night.

#11, Definitely low budget, most likely set (ostensibly) in the year it was made. Probably filmed in Canada.
And all of the "teenagers" are clearly adults, with one of the guys having a slightly receding hairline. |
