Why all the hostility? I couldn't care less how he spends his cash, as long as it doesn't involve hiring a hitman to get rid of me |

Well, the reason I'm sick of it is hearing it on the news. The guy tried it 6 times, and every time the media acted like it was major world news. It just got tiresome. |

Well, a Fuego's not going to beat an Olds Omega (even over water, the Fuego would dissolve), so I'll have to change vehicles.
I'll take a '72 Plymouth Valiant. I wager that if I head west from Akron, Ohio, and you head east from the same direction, I'll beat you first. You'll beat you second. Or something like that.
You start the betting. |

lets negotiate the deatils first. we must arrange methods for get both the Valiant and the 1994 Cutlass Supreme SL (i'll be using that) to the height of 4200 ft.
once thats arranged. then the betting will be done. |

Well, it's simple really. Once you get over the ocean, a constant updraft from the huge body of water will keep the car in the air, then it can sail till it reaches land. A cleverly modified drag 'chute can be opened to let the car gently fall to earth once it crosses the drink. Then it can be driven.
As for getting it in the air....easy. Put little styrofoam wings on them, hook them to the back of Mad Max's Mustang, then tell him to drop the hammer. |

LOL, mine too cams.
Good question, Obsidian, and one that it recent seconds (since you mentioned it) has been much on my mind. The simple solution would be to build a clone of Mad Max's car and get some sapsucker to drive it. But that would take awhile.
Who else on here has a fast car? :( |

but they must be of equal capibilites. both must be the exact car with the exact # of miles on it. with the exact amount of tire wear. with the exact amount of body damage (if any). with the exact amount of weight. with the exact ammount of gas and oil and anyonther fluids yiu can name. and the exact same driver of one car must be present in both cars at the same time.
. damn physics. |

Does he even get on here anymore?
Okay, Obsidian, no1camaro will tow my Valiant from approx. 60 mph, and after he gets two miles out of Akron, I'll get him to punch it. Mad Max will tow your Cutlass at 60 mph, and after he gets two miles out of Akron, get him to punch it. |
